With a background in graphic design and digital marketing. Kelly’s early immersion in art and design ignited her passion, which she seamlessly transitioned into a successful career. With a strong work ethic nurtured through retail and freelancing experiences, Kelly excels in customer service. Her diverse portfolio, encompassing rebranding, video editing, ads, and exhibitions, showcases her artistic ingenuity harnessed for strategic marketing. Jarvis started his career with NAI Commercial in 2022 with the ApartmentBlocks team as the Sales Coordinator. In 2023, he was promoted to an Associate, specializing in Land Sales.

In his youth, Jarvis graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Arts and Technology. After graduating, he worked as a Programming Instructor for kids. Following that, he worked as a Test Engineer for the Gaming Industry.

With his knowledge and expertise in design and technology, he is driving a new frontier of powerful new software and programs to create competitive advantages in the Real Estate field. Taylor began his commercial real estate career in 2018 after completing the Marketing Management and Sales program at BCIT. Specializing in office leasing and sales in the Metro Vancouver market, Taylor has assisted many clients with relocations, lease renewals, expansions, and sublease dispositions. Taylor brings a strong work ethic and an ethical approach to each of his assignments. As a competitive golfer, Taylor brings a disciplined approach to his client-centric service.

Jean is a talented, hard-working and enthusiastic professional bringing years of design and marketing experience to the NAI team. She attended the University of British Columbia and later transferred to the Art Institute to fulfill her graphic design passion. She is devoted to delivering stunning graphics and effective design solutions for all things marketing. With her strong time management and interpersonal skills, Jean is able to work through more deliverables in a day than most can in a week. From branding to multi-platform marketing campaigns, Jean is well equipped to handle a large range of projects and has proven ability to work adeptly within the fast-paced commercial real estate industry.

Before joining NAI in 2020, Kathryn managed sales for a leading fashion brand within Western Canada. Travelling between British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, Kathryn worked with over 200 Canadian businesses and collaborated with store owners on marketing initiatives while also growing the brand’s Canadian business by over 35%.

Kathryn specializes in client relations and being able to pinpoint the most important aspects of her client’s business requirements. Kathryn is dedicated to delivering the best results and prides herself on her tenacity and work ethic. Kathryn is a creative thinker and problem solver. She brings with her over a decade of experience in sales, and has a drive and passion for real estate, primarily in land assembly and investment properties.

Terry has transacted over $3 billion multi-family properties over the course of his career and in 2016 he was awarded the “Top Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Commercial REALTOR® for Total Dollar Volume.” He was also the #1 Commercial Broker at NAI Commercial in Canada. Terry was educated in Ontario where he graduated with a diploma in Business from Sir Sanford Fleming College. Terry joined NAI Commercial’s Vancouver office in June of 1980 after a successful career with the commercial downtown office of Canada Permanent and has gained over 40 years of experience as a real estate specialist in multi-family investments. Terry has had the opportunity to work in NAI Commercial’s offices in London, England where he specialized in marketing North American Properties to European pension funds and institutions. He helped set up the international department for Goddard & Smiths London office and worked with senior partners to arrange their first international property auction in New York. Terry returned to Goddard & Smith in Vancouver at the end of 1986 and continues to specialize in multi-family investment projects.

Jackson graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1986 with a Business Degree in Marketing and Finance (BBA). After graduation, Jackson was employed as a project coordinator with a small development company where he performed site evaluations and feasibility studies.

In 1987, Jackson left the development firm to begin his career as a commercial Realtor® with NAI Commercial’s (previously “Goddard & Smith International”) downtown Vancouver office and has since become a specialist in multi-family properties throughout the Lower Mainland. Over the course of his career, Jackson has sold over $1 billion investment properties.

Jackson is originally from Malaysia and he speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese as well as fluent English. His specialty in multi-family investment properties is focused to offshore buyers in the Asian market.
